Our technicians begin every maintenance visit at the irrigation controller, adjusting programs and run times based on the season, local watering restrictions, and current drought conditions. This ensures your system delivers the right amount of water without waste.
Next, we perform a complete sprinkler system inspection, also known as a wet check, to test every zone and confirm proper operation. All sprinkler heads in turf areas are flagged, uncovered, and cleared of overgrown grass to allow for even water distribution. When necessary, concrete sprinkler rings are installed to protect heads from lawn mowers and landscaping equipment. Any leaking, misaligned, or damaged sprinkler heads are repaired or replaced once fully exposed.
Our irrigation maintenance service also includes inspection of critical components such as filters, valves, and rain sensors. Filters are removed and flushed at every visit, and damaged filters are replaced immediately to prevent debris from entering the mainline and damaging valves or other system components. Rain sensor batteries and moisture disks are checked and replaced as needed to ensure the system shuts off during rainfall and operates efficiently.
